All was perfect.

This hotel provides guests with exclusive amenities which make for a luxurious stay. The Spa & wellness centre is exceptional, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, treatment room and Turkish bath. The rooftop pool and sun terrace provide a beautiful view of the surroundings. The beachfront location gives access to public bath and pool with view.

The only minor issue encountered during my stay was the limited entertainment.

Great location with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, making it a convenient place to stay during a city trip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the variety and quality of food offered, including the fresh fruits. The pools, waterslides, and indoor facilities were well-maintained and provided plenty of entertainment options.

The noise level throughout the day, especially around the pool area, was quite high and disruptive. While the room was clean, it was outdated and could use some updating. We also found communication difficult at times due to limited English skills of some of the staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location next to the beach was perfect and we appreciated the various hotel facilities, including the clean and spacious rooms, the great breakfast choices, and the helpfulness of the staff. Additionally, we liked that there was parking available at this hotel and it was easy to get transportation to this city's market for any essentials.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is near the beach and a market where you can buy some essentials. Our family enjoyed the variety of pools and the spa services offered. Although our room was small, it was tidy and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was satisfying with different options available.

The service during our stay was unprofessional, as the staff did not provide good communication and we even had trouble retrieving our passports during check out.
